About Sport Leadership Level 1

Sport Leadership Level 1 is the entry point to VARSITORIUM College's four-level Sport Leadership programme, designed for school and college team captains, emerging coaches, and anyone stepping into a leadership role in sport for the first time. Grounded in South African sport culture and the Ubuntu philosophy of collective strength, this programme gives you the foundation to lead with confidence, integrity, and purpose.
